MuttonWAMMCO is fortunate to draw from a large pool of Western Australia sheep producers for its mutton supplies. Collectively, WA farmers manage a flock of more than 23 million sheep. OffalsA full range of offals are produced to varying specifications as either individually wrapped, layer packed, bulk packed or tubed. SkinsWAMMCO's skin processing and marketing division produces a full range of wet salted lamb, sheep and goat skins, which are exported to customers around the world. By-ProductsComplimentary to WAMMCO's production is a range of by-products which are sold for further processing by other manufacturers both domestically and in export markets. By-products include tallow, bloodmeal and meat and bone meal.
