Our specialist lamb team at Katanning can efficiently produce high volume consignments of value added products, packaged and labelled to importing country specifications. WAMMCO continues to focus heavily on chilled production, with regular consignments of chilled airfreight and seafreight leaving WA for markets in Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia and Africa. Both Vacuum packing and modified atmosphere packing are available, ensuring maximum shelf life and food safety when product arrives at its destination.
