The basis of payment for crossbred and Merino lambs meeting the contract specification will be the higher of either the: (a) guaranteed minimum price or (b) WAMMCO’s published weekly schedule at the time of slaughter.
Heavyweight contract deliveries do not qualify for any pool bonuses that may be declared unless payment is at the weekly schedule price.
If the price paid is more than the weekly schedule, but less than the weekly schedule plus any pool bonus, the contract holder will receive a pool bonus equal to the difference between the contract price paid and the weekly schedule price plus the pool bonus.
To receive a pool bonus the contract holder must comply with the terms and conditions of the pool bonus scheme.
Non members agree to become a Co-operative member and authorise the deduction from any payment due under this contract of $100 for the purchase of the minimal shareholding of 100 shares of $1.00 each.
Contracts are available for the period 1 April 2013 to 30 June 2013 (inclusive) for the supply of terminal sire, prime meat, crossbred (XB) and Merino (Mo) lambs.
Breeds must be recognized by WAMMCO.
Contracts are only available where the delivery period is more than a minimum of one calendar month from the date of signing.
Weight range 20.1 to 28.0 kgs HSCW, fat score 2, 3 and 4.
Producers must deliver within the nominated month, with the day of delivery agreed by mutual negotiation between WAMMCO and the Member.
Where adverse circumstances prevent a member delivering on the agreed date every endeavour will be made to reschedule the delivery provided that the price that will be paid will be the lower of the price payable at the nominated delivery time and the price payable for the week of actual delivery.
Force majeure will apply.
All prices will be cents per kilogram HSCW weight and grade over scales delivered Katanning.
The following guaranteed minimum prices will apply.
Lambs that fall outside the specifications listed will be paid at the schedule price on the day of processing.

Downgraded lambs will have the following discounts applied:
Skins will be purchased at WAMMCO’s Skin Purchase Schedule current at the time of slaughter.
Offers Contract offers not signed and returned within seven (7) days from date of issue will lapse provided that WAMMCO reserves the right to withdraw or amend any contract offer up to the time of acceptance.
Contracts are made with individual producers and are not transferable without WAMMCO’s approval.
Where these terms and conditions conflict with those set out in any other agreement or contract they shall have precedence and those other terms and conditions shall be null and void.
